You can, but you need to be careful. Even though you can freeze dairy products, they tend to separate when they are frozen. This is because the products have a lot of water and fat in them, which will separate and turn yellow in the freezer.

How to Freeze Alfredo Sauce?

How to Keep Alfredo Sauce for Longer?

How to Thaw Alfredo Sauce?
You have to do a few things to use frozen Alfredo sauce.
- Take the sauce out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- When the food thaws, you may notice that the sauce has separated. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and stir it well with a whisk or a wooden spoon to mix all the ingredients back together.
